This past September, the 4th International Marine Protected Areas Congress (IMPAC4) was held in La Serena-Coquimbo, Chile. With the motto, Marine Protected Areas: Bringing the People and Ocean Together, IMPAC4 focused, "on the need to highlight the intricate nature of ocean-human relationship and the benefits of marine protected areas and the ocean for millions that depends on their ecosystem services."* At the Congress the CFA was involved in several presentations regarding Conservation Finance.
